Chelle from The Next Best Stitch and Life On The Domestic Front asked to see my craft room so I thought I would share it here. The room is small and I have it crammed packed so my husband has nicknamed it "The Crap Room". He thinks he's funny.
First stop are my shelves that hold my WIP's floss with each project kitted up in plastic boxes.
Most of the boxes hold two projects. I think I may have mentioned that I have a lot of WIP's.
I don't know why this picture turned sideways. Anyways, each container is labeled with which projects it contains.
The shelves also hold my fabric for finishing, along with ribbons and paint for painting unfinished frames.

Heading around the room I have my drawers that hold my extra floss. I have shared this on my blog once before, but in case you missed it, here it is again.
These are seven separate units. On the table to the right in the bids are my WIP's each in their own plastic baggie.
They are labeled and put in the containers alphabetically.
This container holds all of needles, buttons and extra beads.
And lastly, this container holds all of the projects I want to do. I know, I know, like I really need to start something else!
Hope you enjoyed the tour!
Happy Stitching!

I am a bit envious with the room:))
I do know, either it is difficult to be organized like this for you or not (for me it is difficult indeed), but room itself gives a great desire to be fully involved in stitching....
Wish you a great weekend...
Second comment for correction :(
It had to be "I do not know" instead of "I do know" in my previous comment!
Sorry for "room so shimmery and eyes were blind" situation...
Hello
Thanks for the tour around your lovely craftroom, you are so organised!
Have a great weekend!
Wow, that is such a great craft room, love how you organize your threads.
Your craft room is so neat. I love how your threads are organized. Wonderful!! Makes me wish I had that much room!! And you have lots of WIPs. (Me too, lol. I have ten WIPs in rotation, four SALs, and ten UFOs. I can't stop!!!)
It must be so nice to have a space devoted to your crafting! It is really lovely :)
Great craft room Carrie.

Thanks for the links, Carrie! I am WAY envious of your craft room. I may have to kick a kid out so I can get the space to build up a stash like this.
Those drawer things are totally awesome. I think I know what I'm doing with my birthday money!
Hugs,
Chelle
That's a beautiful craft room! I would love to have drawers for floss. That is amazing! I also have my WIPs in individual ziploc bags, but not in alphabetical order!

Happy Stitching
Denise
